At PCTOCustomer, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel your order and the conditions under which cancellations are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped.
  • Within 24 Hours of Placing the Order: If the order is yet to be processed, you can request a cancellation within this timeframe.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@bracetechsolutions.com with your order details.
  2. Provide Reason (Optional): Mention the reason for cancellation if applicable.
  3. Review & Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation within 1-2 business days.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:

  • If the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Cancellable on the product page.

5. Changes to the Order

  • If you need to modify your order (e.g., change delivery address or items), please contact us immediately at support@bracetechsolutions.com.
  • Modifications are subject to approval and may not be possible after the order has been processed.

6. Order Cancellation by PCTOCustomer

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • If the item is out of stock.
  • If there is a pricing or technical error.
  • If the order violates our terms and conditions.
  • In cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
