1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you
received it.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels
intact.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of
delivery.
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, plants).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate items such as undergarments or hygiene-related items.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on
the product page.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process:

clear photographs of the product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with
the return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: PCTOCustomer
will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change
of mind): Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you
will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
within 7-10 business days.
- Any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase
are non-refundable.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be
issued via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Replacements
- You may request a replacement instead of a refund
for damaged or defective items.
- Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
7. Important Notes
- Returned items that do not meet the above criteria may
be rejected.
- Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed to
prevent damage during transit.
