we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If
for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return policy to
make the process easy for you.
1. Eligibility
for Returns
You may return
a product if:

is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return
is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The item
received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items
The following
items cannot be returned:
- Perishable
goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personalized
or custom-made products.
- Intimate
or hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments, beauty products).
- Items
marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on
the product page.
3. How to
Initiate a Return
To initiate a
return:
- Contact
our customer support at support@pctocustomer.com with
your order details.
- Provide
proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
- Share
photographs of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once your
return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping
address and instructions.
4. Return
Shipping
- The cost
of return shipping will be covered by PCTOCustomer if the
return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- If the
return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer
will bear the return shipping cost.
5. Refund
Policy
Once the
returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds
will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10
business days.
- Shipping
charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In the
case of COD (Cash on Delivery) payments, refunds will be
issued via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Replacement
Policy
- If you
receive a damaged or defective item, you
may request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacements
are subject to availability of stock.
